By using Bead Works — on the web, on Android, or (once available) on iOS — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Bead Works is a beading pattern design tool. It's currently in active beta: features, pricing, and availability may change as it develops. See the FAQ for the current state of pricing.
You can use Bead Works fully without an account, with designs stored locally on your device. Signing in with Google is optional and enables syncing designs to your own Google Drive. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we don't manage or store your Google credentials ourselves. See the Privacy Policy for details on exactly what Drive access the app has.
Any pattern, design, or content you create in Bead Works belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over it, and we don't host or access it on any server we operate — it lives on your device, and (if you choose to sync) in your own Google Drive.
You're free to use, share, or sell anything you create with Bead Works, including physical beadwork made from patterns you design in the app.

Bead Works is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. As beta software, it may contain bugs, may change without notice, and may occasionally be unavailable or lose data due to issues outside our control. We recommend syncing important designs to Google Drive as a backup, since local-only data can be lost if a device is lost, damaged, or has its storage cleared.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bead Works and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data or lost work. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Bead Works after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Bead Works at any time — simply uninstall the app or stop visiting the site. If you signed in with Google, you can revoke the app's access at any time via your Google Account's connected apps settings.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, to the extent your local consumer protection laws require it; otherwise, by the laws applicable to where Bead Works is operated from.
